    - At AW, we provide a custom design service to match your personal preferences and needs. - Our custom design process involves several key steps: We have an initial meeting to discuss your ideas, needs, and budget. Creating detailed sketches and design proposals for you to approve. Once you finalize a design, we get the best materials and start crafting your piece. Throughout the process, we keep you updated and allow you to review.
  • Why do I need to wait ~ 1 month for bespoke goods?
    Every bespoke piece is crafted from scratch and curate specially just for you. Allowing us to handle the hard work before it lands nicely on you or your family/friends.
  • Concerning about the color or sizing of the item?
    If you encounter any issues with the color of the metal or sizing, please reach out to our team to explore the perfect alternative options for you. To assist you efficiently, kindly provide your order number (for online orders) or the mobile number you registered with, along with the date of purchase.

  • Can my ring be resized if it no longer fits?
    Most of our rings can be resized after purchase, please contact us and send us your order number and phone number for further details. It will take 10 working days for resizing at $350 hkd per item if exceeded 1 year warranty.

    Please contact us with your order number and phone number for further assistance. We will inspect your jewelry and offer replating or repolishing to restore it to its original condition. It will take 10 working days for resizing at $350 hkd per item if exceeded 1 year warranty.
